This is a North Dakota Tundra Swan Hunt, however other species of waterfowl can be hunted, but harvesting your trophy Tundra swan is the first priority. On this North Dakota swan hunt it will take place over water, and will be a decoying type swan hunt. This package will allow for 3 hunt days, whether it is three mornings or three afternoons or a combo of them. If a swan is hit and a successful retrieve is not made the hunt will be over at that point so make your shot count!

To attain a North Dakota Tundra swan hunting license, each hunter needs to put in for a lottery tag in late July through early August before the upcoming season.  Up until this point everyone who has put in for the lottery has been successful and many years there are leftover tags available during the month of September if you miss the lottery deadline.
